Let's celebrate Fall by enjoying French bistro cuisine!

French bistro cooking features simple homestyle meals with ample portions, perhaps served with a glass of red wine. These days many French bistros are offering lighter fare for its health conscious clientele. You will find soups and salads, stews and grilled meats, and unpretentious desserts in a French bistro.

Each person attending this party is expected to bring a French bistro-type potluck dish to share for 8 people. You may feel free to bring a bottle of wine if you like. (Please don't drink wine unless you brought some.) We ask that each member in attendance pay a $2 donation fee. (Non-member Guests pay $3.) Please plan on helping to clean up at the end of the party, so that out host is not burdened by this task.

We will be enjoying our French Bistro party in Barbara's lovely home in Dana Point. She has a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two outside decks with fantastic views of the ocean or golf course. Bring a light sweater or jacket in case the night air is cool.
