Hi Group,

Let's join together to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Get creative and find some Irish delicacies to share.

Location of our event will be my home.

So... on to the food; we need to fill out our menu and get an idea of who will bring what items. While not Irish, I certainly know a few items that I love from that culture:

Real Irish Beer! (e.g. Guiness and Harp beer)
Corn Beef, Cabbage, Potato and Carrot braise
Shepards Pie
Green Peas
Lamb Shank stew
Irish Bacon
Soda Bread
Other ideas??? Be creative and have fun!
