Hi Group, Let's get together this month to celebrate the beginning of Summer! Think about summer time and the dishes that make you happy and share some good times. Location of our event will be my home. Weather permitting maybe we'll use the yard and enjoy being outdoors. So... on to the food... I have an indirect heat smoker bbq rig and a 4 burner gas grill for anyone that would like to prepare their dish on scene. Also, let us know what you'll be bringing (post up a comment) and we'll see where we're at. Looking forward to seeing everyone after too long a time! Thanks, Gary

Hi Group, Let's join together to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Get creative and find some Irish delicacies to share. Location of our event will be my home. So... on to the food; we need to fill out our menu and get an idea of who will bring what items. While not Irish, I certainly know a few items that I love from that culture: Real Irish Beer! (e.g. Guiness and Harp beer)
Corn Beef, Cabbage, Potato and Carrot braise
Shepards Pie
Green Peas
Lamb Shank stew
Irish Bacon
Soda Bread
