Introduction: Hi all! I'm Gary and my wife is Carol. We live in Prince William County. We love to cook, meet new people and share the recipes we know with others. We're willing to host an event at our home at some point too.
What is your favorite 'comfort' food?: Me = German Bratwurst, Spaetzal and Red Cabbage! Carol = Stuffed Cabbage (Hulipky)
On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best rating, How would you rate yourself as a cook?: 4. but really, who's not going to brag a bit about FOOD!
What kitchen gadget must every kitchen have?: Me = bbq sauce mop! Carol = food processor
Who is your favorite cooking enthusiast?: Me = BBQ University guy Carol = Ina Garten
What would you like the group to focus on? Desserts? Entrees? Specific types of food?: Me = something new - high quality homemade Asian cusine Carol = New party appetizers
