Hey Group, Happy Holidays. I was recently contacted by another area meetup organizer about an idea for joining forces on a food themed weekend getaway. I idea was that we'd all rent a large cabin somewhere in WV or PA, perhaps near skiing or other outdoor activity too. The concept for the weekend would be each person or group of persons would select one meal to prepare for everyone else. That person(s) would share the recipe, cooking technique and memories of the dish with everyone else. We'd also combine the weekend with outdoor activties, or shopping or board games, etc. Of course lots of good wine and food too! Please let me know. Gary
