Introduction: Hello, cooking is one of my favorite things to do. I look forward to meeting everyone and picking up a few good cooking tips.
Is there anything that intimidates you in the kitchen?: Beef and seafood. I don't eat seafood, so never really make it. And - I'll be taking a class at Kendal this month about cooking beef.
How often do you cook/bake a week?: 4 times a week. I enjoy baking more than cooking.
What is your favorite thing to cook/bake?: pies - I have an entire slew of recipes. Also, I love making any kind of comfort foods.
Are you more of a cooker or baker?: I do both, but prefer baking.
