Introduction: Hi I'm Kathy I love food and cooking so much so I went to culinary school last year. I love to cook, entertain and share my love of food with others. Looking forward to meeting other fellow foodies.
Who is the best cook in your family? Do you have a specialty?: My sister is the best cook in the family We did a Culinary Institute of America Boot Camp together. I would say Italian is a specialty but I can cook and bake it all.
What is your favorite cuisine?: Italian, Chinese, Middle Eastern
What do you snack on when no one's looking?: Pretzels and cookies!
What was your biggest cooking disaster? Have you recovered?: Making shortcakes and not putting the right amounts of ingredients and having to throw them out and start over. Yes, I recovered I always do!
What's your favorite dish to make when you're in a hurry?: Couscous and stir fried veggies.
