The Colorado Springs Cooking & Food Meetup Group

Meetup locally with other people who like to cook and/or experience food, both familiar and unfamiliar. Trade recipes, tips, ideas, cookbooks, spices, and discuss all the magic in the kitchen! If there is enough interest, contact restaurants and cooking schools for classes and demonstrations. A regular meeting time will be established at a later date but should be either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to avoid busy and closed restaurant schedules.

Mediterranean Delights-I think this could be extended to close areas as well in case you get stuck with an idea or someone took it. We have a few that love to cook this avenue-so it's sure to be a delight! I am going to try and make spinach pie. I was taught in Romania by a lady who immigrated from Macedonia.
