I would like to combine cooking classes and trying interesting restaurants with visits to small towns or interesting sites. Trade recipes, tips, ideas, cookbooks, and discuss all the magic in the kitchen!

(see the photo gallery at our website www.savourthesannio.com) and will be a vegetarian event based on spontaneous weeds, (rucola, cicoria, gallinella, etc; how to recognize them and how to prepare them.
