Please give suggestions for a CHECKLIST- for what to bring.
"Also, serving ware - including cutting boards and plastic or wooden serving spoons, spatulas, forks. Hand sanitizer. Folding tables because there are never enough and cookers on the ground get shaded."

"Take a look at the Campmor.com website. I purchased the Texsport Black Ice Hard Anodized Trailblazer cook kit. It is anodized aluminum, thin, has anodized aluminum lids, folding handles that put up to the heat, and fits inside the glass bowls...."
