Introduction
Hi. We're new to Albany and love good foods as well as learning more techniques and helpful hints about cooking. This seems like a lot of fun!
Can you offer advice on cooking to to other members? What is your specialty?
My only advice is to keep on trying. I don't like to use recipes very much. I am a go to the cupboard and cook kinda gal but I love to learn more techniques so that I can come up with ideas of foods to combine.
What is your favorite Gourmet market?
I don't know of many around here. I'm excited to learn about some of the options here.
What would you like to learn how to cook this year?
I just want to learn about new techniques and food combinations to use. There isn't a specific type of food I'd like to learn how to cook. Maybe some homemade breads and pastas since I've never made anything like that.

I highly suggest people check out this meetup group. This is my family's first meetup group we've ever attended and I will definitely keep on going. If you're interested in learning more about foods, how to use them and what to do with different ingredients, this is the group for you. You don't have to be wealthy, you just have to enjoy food!
