French Cooking Class

I am thinking of organizing a French Cooking Class at a Friends home in the near future.

I would like to know if there would be any interest in this type of meet-up-before we schedule it.

It will be taught by a Certified Professional Chef w/expertise in French Cooking.

Please let me know if this would be something you would like to see planned.
