West Palm Chili Cookoff Meetup

This is a meeting a group for Chili enthusiasts. We will be meeting weekly at different locations in Palm Beach and battling head to head. Group members are encouraged to sign up for a regular spot. Winners will be determined 50% from the crowd and 50% from 3 invited judges. Prizes and recognition for the winners.

This is a no rules - cage match - chili contest. As long as it can be served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon ... it will qualify as a chili.

I invite different ethic specialty cooks to try and make a new variety of chili based on the flavors of your ethnic specialty.

Proceeds from each event will be used to build a Chili League of cooks and restaurants to compete in regular season chili games, playoffs, and championships. Summer is coming....let's do our part to create something fun, affordable, and creative for the community.
