Ok, so lot's of people wanted to do wine tasting. I'm turning this over to the professionals. Let's meet up at Pappa Rotti's. Mack will set us up with a 4 different varieties of wines to taste for a cost of $15 per person. Mack is also a certified sommelier, and I'm sure he'd love to answer any questions you have.

Of course this is a wine bar, you are free to buy as many more as you like :-) We'll get some cheese plates to go along with it.
