I recently moved from Colorado and I livedin in NYC for 7 years and before that Houston for 20 years.
What is your favorite traditional cuisine?
I like BBQ. Not sure if that qualifies but I really like smoked brisket. I like a good pot roast if the meat is tender.
What kind of entertaining do you like to do?
I like entertaining with food, lots of it, many courses.
