This class will be focused on creating a community of individuals who enjoy Indian food but want to minimize bad fats, salt, cholesterol within the recipes. Also other healthy habits such as small portion sizes, digestive aids, and hydration will be stressed. This class will not be focused on Gujarati cooking, but open to all types of Indian cooking including Bengali, Punjabi, and South Indian.
