This is a group for anyone interested in veggie cooking, recipe swaps, food ethics, veganism, vegetarianism, Meatless Mondays, or just learning more about plant-based cooking for a healthier lifestyle. I started this group because there seems to be growing numbers of veg-heads in the world, but no good way for AR vegans/ vegetarians to connect with each other. Potlucks will probably feature prominently in group activity plans -- so you should probably join immediately! ;-)
