Get Motivated, Get Fit, Eat Well, and Lose Weight. Come and enjoy a moderate intensity walking workout and leave with a healthy recipe. We meet on Saturday mornings for one hour. The workout is mostly walking with brief periods of jumping jacks, squats, lunges and the like. There will be a personal trainer administering the walking workouts and chef handing out recipes. If you have a healthy recipe that you would like to share, feel free to bring it along.
