This group is for women wanting to gather with like minded women and walk outdoors and get healthy. Members will receive health tips weekly and new healthy recipes to enhance their lifestyle goals. All levels and ages are welcome. I started this group because I am on a personal path of health and wellness and its more fun to take that journey with others. Join me!

We rediscover the joys of eating and understand the importance of caring where food comes from, who makes it, and how it is made. We get together each month for events like special dinners at local restaurants, tours of farms that sell at local farmers' markets, winery and brewery tours, and local harvest potlucks.
