Come join us and learn how to prepare easy homestyle Italian dishes using fresh local fruit and vegetables that are grown here in SC as well as local fish and meat when available.. This group will focus on learning how to cook in a fun and casual environment. No cooking experience is necessary, however, you are encouraged to help in the preparation of the meal. Lots of techniques, tips and secrets will be shared throughout each meetup. I will hold cooking classes once a month on Sunday (late afternoon/early evening) to give us plenty of time to cook and eat.
