Let's talk about food! We'll get together to discuss restaurants, cooking shows, cooking gadgets, coffee shops, bakeries, cooking techniques, favorite grocery store items, who has the best prices on groceries, and where to find the best desserts and chocolate. We'll also exchange recipes and give and get advice on growing our own produce. There will also be opportunities to have lunch or dinner at a restaurant, attend a potluck if you are willing to cook or bake something, and attend local food …

This is a group for people that are wanting to lose weight, become healthier, or just feel more fit. If you have reached a plateau in your goals or want some extra support this group is your new found home of friends in your journey.

We meet to share food from other cultures and to share past and present travel experiences (or inspire dreams of future travel experiences!) with fellow adventurers of all ages. On months that we have a formal speaker/presentation, we provide engaging "Passport" activity booklets for children as well as a craft project.
